Why is my pc is read the SD card you can insert .... Smart Cards and SD cards used to work ... I activated the chip card reader ... What am I missing?

May be dirty. Clean the contacts with alcohol SD card q Q-Tip, sec.
To remove power from the wall, let dry add 1 drop of alcohol in the contacts, or delete 10 times.

Ctrl + Break> USB> "Change Card"> Settings> drive letter.
